Relaxing Lavender Foot Cream

Do you  dread the beginning of summer? Not because of the hot weather, but because it’s time to wear sandals. I wear boots all winter, and unlike most of the ladies at work, I’m not going in for a spa pedicure every couple of weeks. It sounds lovely, but who has the money or the time for that?!?
After a couple of treatments with this natural lavender foot cream, my heels were soft and my toes were ready for the spotlight. Why lavender? It has calming and soothing properties to help you relax, fight stress, and drift off to sleep, while the rich, natural cream smoothes and softens your skin.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup beeswax pastilles
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
15 drops. Lavender oil

Put everything except the essential oil in an empty canning jar or glass measuring cup. Place the jar into a pan of simmering water (this is the frugal way to make a double boiler) and stir gently until all the solids have melted.
