3 ingredient sultana squares

you will need

Ingredients
  • 375g of sultanas
  • 400g tin of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1¼ cups of self-raising flour

  1. Combined all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Spoon mixture into prepared tin and spread out as evenly as possible (mixture is quite sticky).
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown (you can also test it with a cake tester (or toothpick) and make sure it comes out clean).
  4. Allow to cool in tin before slicing.
I actually use a slow cooker to make this which I line with grease proof paper and cook for a couple of hours on high but remember to check as all slow cookers are different.

Anything you can cook in an oven you can make in a slow cooker

These are so easy to make and so lovely to eat.

Please enjoy
