This mango mousse is really quick to make, no cooking involved, no eggs, no agar agar, no gelatine....3-ingredient mango mouse!!Plus its vegetarian!
Fresh Mango Slices: 1 cup heaped, 300 gms (I used 3 large mangoes) and they were frozen
Condensed Milk: 1 tin.
Plain yogurt: (400 ml)
Put everything in the blender.
And blend for 30 seconds...The End!! :)
Pour into a container or individual serving dish, and refrigerate for30 to 40 min.
if you want it creamy add whipped cream or cream cheese for a change
