Easy homemade icecream






600mls thickened cream
395gms condensed milk (Use the whole can up like I do)
400gms choc coated honeycomb, crushed
1 cup milk chocolate melts

Grease a 2 liter pudding basin and line with glad wrap. (Allowing for overhang)
Mix the 600ml cream and condensed milk with electric beaters until thick.
Fold in the violet crumble (leave some for the topping).
Pour into the basin, cover with wrap, place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Put chocolate melts and extra cream in a bowl and microwave for a minute.
Stir until all smooth and pour over the ice cream.
Place honeycomb on top and pop back into the freezer.
